RENTAL OF THE CLUB
HOUSE
The Club House facilities
are available for membership
rental and limited non-membership rental. The
rental privilege is subject to the following conditions
and procedures.
1. Rental of the Club
House facility by a member
shall be principally for the requesting member’s use,
and only for non-profit use.
2.The Club Manager may
rent the Club House
facilities for any date that, in his judgment, would
not interfere with other Club activities.
3.The rental and deposit
fee shall be established
by the Board. See the Schedule
of Dues and Fees.
4. All rentals shall be by
contractual agreement
signed by the Club Manager and the member
requesting the use of the facilities.
5.A request for rental
shall be confirmed when, and
only when, a deposit is made and a contract is
signed by both parties.
6.All beverages
shall be provided by the
Club, and
current prices shall prevail.
