M.G.A. GOALS
1. Provide a program of activities to provide
    recreational and competitive golf at Arrowhead.
2. Raise funds used to better Arrowhead Country Club.
3. Provide the (MGA) membership the scheduled
   (MGA) events in the monthly Arrowhead
    Country Club newsletter.

Membership in the MGA entitles you to the following:
1. Reduction in ticket cost for (MGA) stags.
2. Eligibility to compete in (MGA) sponsored event.
3. The (MGA) will pay $125.00 to any (MGA) member
    who cards a hole-in one in an (MGA) event.

Membership in the (MGA) is open to all ages,
sons of members are welcome.  Those involved in
school amateur sports cannot participate in events
where cash prizes are awarded.

Weekend events will be scheduled on either
Saturday or Sunday, or both days.

are posted in the Pro Shop for details.

The Arrowhead Country Club monthly newsletter
will contain further information on (MGA) events.

The Handicap Committee administers the USGA
Handicap System. The purpose and responsibilities are:
1.  Provide a handicap system that meets USGA
     requirements which means fair handicaps for all golfers
     regardless of ability or where the game is played.
2.  To comply with USGA Handicap standards through
     cooperation with MGA, WGA, Greens Committee,
     Rules Committee, and Tournament Chairmen.
3.  Provide information to golfers to insure knowledge of:
     a.  Scores to be used (USGA Handicap System)
     b.  Adjustment of scores (Equitable Stroke Control)
     c.  Handicap system being used (USGA-GHIN)
     d.  Policies and responsibilities of the committee
         (USGA Handicap System)
