ORGANIZATION
Arrowhead is managed by a
twelve-member
Board of Directors who are elected by the
membership.
The main functions of the Board are:
1. To establish policies
and procedures;
2. To manage the Club’s key employees: the
Business Manager, the Golf Course Superintendent,
and the Head Golf Professional;
3. To administer the finances of the Club;
4. To maintain and develop Club facilities;
5. To organize activities.
The staff plans and
organizes specific
committees to oversee certain functions and
to provide activities. Through this organization,
each Club member is expected to fulfill
their committee assignment.
